SHAWN CHOUINARD
Owner
Shawn has owned and operated MessageXpress since purchasing the company in 1998. He has had an interest in computers and development since the 1980’s. He attended Rogers State University and studied Computer Science. He worked for both Coca Cola and Baker Hughes in their logistics department, which helped in his understanding of what different types of logistics software needed and the direction to take MessageXpress. Outside of MessageXpress Shawn is a private pilot and enjoys his main hobby of building airplanes. He has currently completed and RV-10 and is working on a second one. He has been flying RC airplanes for over 40 years. He also enjoys watching sports and attending outdoor aviation events with his family.
BRADLEY MARSHALL
Senior Information Systems Analyst
Bradley began working with MessageXpress in 2006 after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology. He is a Senior Information Systems Analyst at MessageXpress. He handles a large variety of tasks, external and internal. He helps in creating and maintaining business-to-business operations, configuring translation processes, and establishing communications’ pathways, which is all in a day’s work. He prides himself on providing stellar customer service. He is an expert at providing superior technical support via phone, email, and through remote connectivity. Outside of MessageXpress he enjoys time with his wife, meeting with friends, playing fetch with his dogs, riding horses, creating art, playing musical instruments, and reading books, among many other things.
AMANDA WILLIAMS
Sales Representative and Office Manager.
Amanda joined MessageXpress in April of 2017 after working in Aerospace and Oil and Gas Industries. She graduated from Northeastern State University in 2010 with a double major in Accounting and Financial Planning. She joined the MessageXpress team as our sales representative and office manager. In these positions her focus is on providing great customer service, building client relationships and she is excited about the future growth of MessageXpress. Outside of MessageXpress, she is married and a mother of two boys. She enjoys watching her boys play/coach sports, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinal and Dallas Cowboys, spending time with her family, and reading a good book.
JERRY MIZER
Senior Developer
Jerry began his career at MessageXpress as a Technical Support Analyst. In his first two years at MessageXpress he learned every aspect related to supporting MessageXpress customers. In 2007 he designed and developed an application used to integrate MessageXpress back end systems with a Chrysler auto parts reporting system. It was this application that earned him a place in the MessageXpress software development team. Since 2007 he has been involved in designing and building several applications to support MessageXpress’ backend operations and he was instrumental in the maintenance and update of our proprietary industry leading inter-organizational middleware system. He also spearheaded the design, development and implementation of our PDMS Transportation Management System and the supporting applications. Applications such as the PDMS Mobile application which enable drivers to report information about loads to which they are assigned, information like arrival and departure times and what equipment is assigned to them. Along with PDMS Mobile, he designed and built the PDMS Agent application, which enables MessageXpress’ customers to integrate disparate systems with the PDMS. Systems such as QuickBooks, MacroPoint and EDITrans are just a couple of the supported integrations. He also manages the day-to-day development operations at MessageXpress, things such as purchasing licenses, managing third party services, top-tier software support and team mentoring. Outside of MessageXpress he enjoys a number of activities. His favorites are learning about new developments in computer science, exercising and spending time with family.
