MessageXpress utilizes multiple broadband Internet access providers. With our primary source as a dedicated Fiber Optic circuit, this ensures redundancy and minimizes the impact of network downtime. Each broadband connection provides rapid data flow ensuring your EDI transaction sets are sent and received in industry leading time increments.
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
SERVER ARCHITECTURE
Our server architecture includes high performance Dell servers running the latest Windows Operating Systems. Our client software is designed to function on Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 platforms.
TRAFFIC THRESHOLDS
Currently, our infrastructure is capable of supporting billions of transactions per month. Additionally, we use a scalable architecture to permit rapid growth to meet market demands. All of your communications with your Trading Partners are covered, as we support the following methods: AS1, AS2, AS3, Async, Bisync, SFTP, FTP (hosted or direct connect), SMTP, and any Value Added Network (VAN). These connections are guaranteed to be up and online with our primary dedicated Fiber Optics circuit.
ACCURATE DATA IS THE ONLY DATA
Our powerful validation platform does not pass bad data between customers and Trading Partners. This validation ensures the timely and accurate flow of our customer’s data through our systems. Over many years we have enhanced our translation technology to be superior within the industry. We pride ourselves on data validation and integrity so that we are only processing clean data for our customers.
AVAILABILITY & REDUNDANCY
All MessageXpress software platforms are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All data is fully redundant across multiple systems guaranteeing that our customers always have access to their data. MessageXpress employs several measures including RAID-1, RAID-5 and RAID-6 “hot swappable” disk storage along with the latest virtualization technology. Virtualized clustered servers allow for maximum uptime and for offsite server mirroring to be real time in case of a catastrophic failure. We have backup power generators at each data center which allows us to operate in the event of a power failure.
